HSE Specialist

Job Description

Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Professionals Jobs. Job Location: Aarhus, Arnhem, Malmo, Warrington, Multiple sites across Northern and Central Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives for long-term improvements in health, safety, and environmental practices.
• Analyze site data to drive proactive initiatives.
• Develop business cases for proposed improvements, enhancing safety and environmental impact.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific countries or areas within the NCE region.
• Create detailed HSE reports for the region;
• Provide training to new operational staff on HSE competencies and reporting systems.
• Conduct TapRoot investigations to address and resolve incidents;
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the success of wind turbine installation and commissioning.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within wind operations or related fields.
• Comprehensive HSE training or certification;
• Strong background in data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
• Ability to work in international corporate settings and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
