Job Description

Job Title: Manager, Site - West Cape, PEI. Location: West Cape, Prince Edward Island, Canada. Responsibilities:

• Lead the safety culture at the site, driving continuous improvement in safety performance.
• Supervise and develop a high-performing technician team to ensure the efficient operation of wind turbine plants.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers to meet service contract expectations;
• Oversee the site budget to ensure cost-effective service delivery;
• Lead scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting efforts to optimize wind turbine performance.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of management experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably in renewable energy or service operations.
• Experience in managing teams, budgeting, cost control, and performance management.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and conflict management skills;
• Technical background with knowledge of hydraulic or rotating heavy equipment, and the ability to read technical schematics.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation);
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between service sites.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate heights (up to 100 meters);
• Successful participation in safety training courses required (LOTO, Fall Arrest, Confined Space, etc.).
