Job Description

Job Title: Technician II - Wind Turbine Repair. Location: Harrisburg, PA, US (Regional Travel required). The Technician II – Wind Repair role involves performing major corrective maintenance on a variety of wind turbine platforms. This regional travel position requires travel across the Northeast US and parts of Canada, with up to 90% travel per year. Technicians will be exposed to heights, confined spaces, and weather conditions, making safety a priority.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs on wind turbine systems, including gearbox, main bearings, generators, transformers, and blades.
• Work at heights and in confined spaces as part of routine maintenance and corrective tasks.
• Travel to various wind turbine sites across the Northeast US and Canada;
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and work effectively within a team;
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve operational issues on turbines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in wind turbine repair and operations & maintenance (O&M).
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repair skills;
• Experience with wind turbine platforms and main component replacements.
• Safety-focused mindset with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to travel 90% of the time and work in various weather conditions.
