Water Infrastructure Planner – South East Queensland. Location: Brisbane, Gold Coast, or Sunshine Coast, Australia. Join our expanding team due to significant contract awards in South East Queensland. As a **Water Infrastructure Planner**, you'll be part of a dynamic team working on large-scale water projects that shape the future of water infrastructure. AECOM provides flexible working options, so you can base yourself in Brisbane, the Gold Coast, or the Sunshine Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery: Lead project delivery and contribute to growing our Integrated Water Planning business.
• Business Development: Engage with clients, prepare proposals, and manage bids for urban utilities, developers, and government clients.
• Network Planning: Provide sustainable and flexible water network planning solutions that consider cost, sustainability, and risk.
• Review and Verification: Check project deliverables, perform technical verification, and peer reviews.
• Mentorship: Offer technical guidance to junior engineers and foster a supportive team culture.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Ideally, 7+ years in water infrastructure planning.
• Education: Relevant tertiary qualifications.
• Skills: Proficiency in hydraulic network modeling for water/wastewater systems, and knowledge of water planning trends and regulations.
• Project Management: Proven success in delivering large projects on time, within budget, and at a high level of quality.
• Communication: Strong technical and non-technical writing skills.
• Client Management: Experience managing client relationships.
