Job Description

Position: Industrial Water Treatment Scientist. Location: Greetwell Road, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, United Kingdom. Job Type: Full-time. Contract Type: Standard. Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe work practices at all times.
• Perform Legionella sampling.
• Engage with QEHS systems & manage related documentation.
• Conduct regular sampling & testing of industrial waters.
• Provide technical consultation on chemical treatment & systems.
• Complete monthly, quarterly, & annual water service plans.
• Use data platforms like InSight to generate reports, manage trends, & alarms.
• Participate in customer review meetings with operational & technical inputs.
• Organise, schedule, & independently manage site visits.
• Diagnose & resolve on-site issues or escalate as needed.
• Maintain & calibrate equipment, ensuring proper operation of dosing pumps.

Qualifications:

• Background in Science or Engineering.
• Experience in water treatment.
• Valid UK driving licence & ability to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
• Strong organisational, communication, & interpersonal skills.
