Job Description: WORKING STUDENT STRUCTURING, TRANSACTIONS & PROCESSES. Locations: Germany, Berlin.  

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to Head of Structuring in a variety of tasks related to third-party agreements, economic assessment, reporting, and processes.
• Support on the negotiation and closing of agreements of partnerships, co-developments, and any other service agreements.
• Support on the coordination and alignment of all the internal teams that support transactions such as Legal, Tax, Accounting, Finance, technical teams, and Project Development Team.
• Interface between external partners and service providers and the multidisciplinary internal teams.
• Support with coordinating internal approvals, preparing approval documentation, and all related information.
• Look after the fulfilment of existing agreements and the compliance of the terms stated.
• Support in due diligence management, economic assessment of the PV and wind projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student in Business, Engineering, Economics, Law, Finance, Mathematics, or similar – due to the interdisciplinary nature of the tasks, various fields of study are suitable for the positions.
• Basic understanding of the German energy market is desirable.
• Good MS Office skills are desirable.
• Very analytical, structured mindset, commercially driven.
• Outgoing personality, result-oriented, and ability to work independently.
• Basic understanding of stakeholder and project management skills are desirable.
• Comfortable working in a rapidly growing business environment.
• Comfortable working in an international company and reporting in German and English.
• Full proficiency in German language is a must and a good level of English is required (Spanish is a plus).
• Driver License desired.
