Blades Services Operations Supervisor

Job Description

Supervise the operations of Nordex and subcontractors' technicians working in Mulanur and other wind farms in India.

Functions:

Supervise the field teams:

 - Define technical and operational guidelines.

 - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

 - Organize the team structure.

 - Develop, support, and evaluate the performance of directly subordinate teams and subcontractors.

Manage resources and the O&M process for blades:

 - Define and map processes.

 - Establish and manage performance KPIs.

 - Procure materials and contract third parties.

Required Qualifications:

Qualification/Training: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is desired, but other degrees or equivalent work experience would also be acceptable.

Complementary Training: Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of Power BI.

Profile: Dynamic, Strong Technical Skills, Able to Work Under Pressure, Results-Oriented, Persistent, and Committed.

Languages/Level: English (proficiency level).

Experience:

- Experience in inspections and repairs of wind turbine blades at an operational level.

- Experience in a multicultural and multilingual work environment.

- Experience coordinating projects and teams.
