Sustainability Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor, EMEA (m/f/d). Type: Permanent, Full-time. Location: Munich, Madrid (Remote work possible from Germany, Italy, or Spain)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle 1st & 2nd level support requests.
  • Analyze & prioritize incoming queries.
  • Manage complaints & offer comprehensive support.
  • Act as the customer interface for technical issues.
  • Communicate via phone & email with end customers.
  • Provide insights on customer satisfaction & product improvements.
  • Collaborate with EMEA, Headquarters Sales, & Customer Service teams.

Competencies:

  • Strong intercultural communication & teamwork skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent negotiation & problem-solving abilities.
  • Good organizational & analytical skills.

Languages: Fluent English & German required.  Additional languages (Italian, French, Spanish) are a plus.
