Job Description

Job Title: Control Point Strategy Project Manager (m/f/d). Location: Barrow-in-Furness, Liverpool, Grimsby, Edinburgh, Gentofte, Hamburg, London (Hybrid). You’ll own, plan, & manage the business case for this strategy, gaining leadership buy-in & overseeing implementation to drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute the Control Point Strategy to enhance resilience across Europe.
• Conduct business case analysis & present recommendations to leadership;
• Ensure compliance with Grid Codes, Cybersecurity, Critical Infrastructure, & Physical Security regulations.
• Oversee the review & enhancement of existing Generation Surveillance & Control Centre systems;
• Lead cross-functional teams including IT, Operational Technology, & Global Delivery to execute the project.
• Manage project risks, stakeholder engagement, & decision-making at leadership levels.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing complex, high-risk projects within time, cost, & quality constraints.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI/APM) & structuring project lifecycles.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership & regulatory bodies;
• Ability to navigate ambiguity & change while ensuring alignment with strategic organizational goals.
• Practical experience in risk management, decision-making, & transformational project execution.
