HR Business Partner

Job Description

Job Title: HR Business Partner. Location: Global (possibly specific to a country based on operations like Spain, given the language requirement)

Responsibilities:

  • People Strategy & Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to MDs, Directors, and Managers to help implement effective people strategies and HR processes, driving alignment with organizational goals.
  • HR Process Management: Lead the execution of core HR processes, including Talent & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Change Management, ensuring they align with business needs and legal requirements.
  • Employee Advocacy & Communication: Serve as an advocate for employees, providing guidance on labor law, performance management, and employee counseling, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Project Leadership: Drive HR-led projects that support the overall business strategy, collaborating closely with business leaders and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Data & Metrics Management: Use HR data and metrics to guide decision-making, influencing company policies and people strategies to improve business performance.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in senior HRBP or HR Management roles in multinational companies with a strong matrixed environment.
  • Expertise in talent management, labor law, compensation, HR systems, and business acumen.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to engage with business leaders and employees across all levels.
  • Proficiency in using data-driven insights to influence decisions and strategies.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred postgraduate studies such as an MBA).
  • Native Spanish speaker, with fluency in English (C2 level).
