Job Title: Sales Domain Leader - Micro Electronics. Location: Remote (Europe Preferred) | Company: Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions. Responsibilities:

• Identify & prioritize high-potential sales opportunities within the Micro Electronics market.
• Lead the technical & commercial development of water treatment solutions.
• Develop & execute targeted sales campaigns to generate leads.
• Build & maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with the European Market Leader for Micro Electronics to align strategies.
• Monitor & manage key opportunities through the sales pipeline;
• Define clear sales objectives & action plans to ensure regional growth.
• Support market development initiatives & joint value propositions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Extensive experience in technical & commercial sales within the Water Treatment & Micro Electronics sector.
• Proven track record of sales strategy execution & achieving revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, & relationship-building skills;
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams & work in a global environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
