Service Co-ordinator

Job Description

Are you passionate about renewable energy and a greener, sustainable future? We're seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team in Inverness on a permanent basis.

The Service Coordinator role is crucial within the Nordex business. As part of the Northern European Service team, you will ensure efficient, reliable, and cost-effective service scheduling to meet our contractual obligations and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Resource Planning: Efficiently plan and manage technicians' schedules.

Work Order Management: Prioritize and set up work orders within company guidelines.

Material Checks: Regularly ensure material availability.

Communication: Maintain effective internal communication of technician activities.

Customer Updates: Inform customers about planned site activities.

Documentation: Ensure completed work orders contain necessary documentation.

Reporting: Collaborate with Lead Technicians to prepare availability reports.

Service Notifications: Implement service notifications in coordination with site teams.

Job Requirements

Experience: Background in workload planning or logistics, preferably within the wind industry.

Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills in a busy, problem-solving environment.

IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and planning tools.

Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
