Job Description

Job Title: Plant Supervisor – Segura de León

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure optimal operation & maximize energy production of solar plants.
  • Monitor daily activities & oversee personnel working on-site.
  • Maintain records of work orders, permits, & completed tasks.
  • Manage inventory, material reception, & storage tracking;
  • Ensure compliance with operational & maintenance standards.
  • Supervise & coordinate maintenance tasks as per established schedules.
  • Enforce health, safety, & environmental regulations.
  • Report incidents & provide timely operational updates;
  • Maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including landowners & environmental authorities.
  • Support the use of maintenance management tools (SAP, EO, etc.).
  • Assist in process improvements & cross-functional O&M projects.
  • Provide temporary support to other solar plants if required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Energy, or related fields.
  • Experience in O&M for power generation plants;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, & communication tools (Teams, Yammer).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, & organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred:

  • Technical training (CFGM or CFGS) in Electrical/Electronic fields.
  • Experience with photovoltaic plants.
  • Knowledge of irradiation-power data analysis.
  • Familiarity with SAP & ERP tools;
  • Work experience in renewable energy technical departments.
  • Additional language skills (Italian).
