Job Title: Trainer für Arbeitssicherheit (GWO) (m/w/d). Location: Hamburg, Germany

Responsibilities:

• Conduct GWO Basic Safety (BST) and Advanced Rescue Trainings (ART) for employees, clients, and service providers both nationally & internationally.
• Utilize various training formats, including E-Learning, VR, and webinars, to enhance safety knowledge;
• Manage training programs & ensure compliance with DGUV G 312-906 regulations;
• Maintain and inspect training equipment for safety & validity;
• Act as a liaison between internal departments, industry experts, and external clients.
• Continuously improve HSE training programs & expand the portfolio for workplace safety.

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in occupational safety, wind energy service, rope access, or industrial climbing.
• IRATA / FISAT Level 2 certification combined with hands-on experience in height work;
• Strong communication & group training skills, with confidence in delivering safety content;
• Preferably experienced in conducting occupational safety training;
• Background in emergency services or voluntary firefighting is a plus.
• Familiarity with DGUV G 312-906 compliance is advantageous.
• Proficiency in German & English (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
